Day 1

Our guide will pick you up at the Hosea Kutako International Airport and comfortably transfer to the lodge situated near/in Windhoek, capital of Namibia.


Meals: dinner.

Accommodation: 1 night, at River Crossing Lodge or similar.

Distance: 70 km (tarred and gravel road).

Duration: around 1 hour with the stopovers.


Day 2

In the morning, on route to the north-western part of Namibia, to small town of Uis, near the magnificent and mysterious Brandberg Mountain-range. In the afternoon, visit to the famous ‚White Lady’ rock painting, one of many – created by the Bushmen, in the heart of the Brandberg. Nature walk with the local guide, who will teach about indigenous vegetation and nature of this region.


Meals: breakfast, dinner.

Accommodation: 1 night at the White Lady Lodge or similar.

Distance: 350 km (gravel roads).

Duration: 5 hours with the stop-overs.


Day 3

Bushmen rock gallery! Visit at the UNESCO World Heritage Site – Twyfelfontein, where over 2000 magnificent rock engravings, created by Bushmen, are found in the rusty-orange mountains. We will take a scenic hike through the rocks, while admiring beautiful landscape of the Damaraland.


Meals: breakfast, dinner.

Accommodation: 1 night at the Twyfelfontein Country Lodge or similar.

Distance: 250 km (tarred and gravel roads).

Duration: 6 hrs including visiting and stop-overs.


Day 4 and 5

Venturing further north-west,  into magnificent Kaokoland, region inhabited by semi-nomadic Himba tribe. Himba are one of the few, remaining tribes in the World, continuing to live as they did centuries ago and nearly completely separated from the civilization. We will stop at Opuwo, the capital of the region, to rest after the trip.

Next day, warm invitation to an exotic meeting with the fascinating Himba. At their village, you will observe their unique customs and traditions, learn about daily routines and way of life. Meeting with friendly Himba leaves unforgettable impression in one’s heart. World-famous, ethnic photographs were taken at the Himba villages in Namibia. It’s a tremendous opportunity for fascinating photographic adventure!

Accommodation: 2 nights at the Opuwo Country Hotel or similar.

Distance: 400 km (tarred and gravel roads).

Duration: 8 hrs including stop-overs.


Day 6 and 7

Early in the morning, we’re heading further north to Epupa Falls, one of the most spectacular and picturesque regions in Namibia. There, tucked away in the comfort of the safari lodge, you will spend time meditating and admiring the beauty of this charming region, set ‚far away from civilization’.


Meals: breakfast, dinner.

Accommodation: 2 nights at the Epupa Camp or similar.

Distance: 180 km (gravel roads).

Duration: 4 hrs including stop-overs.


Day 8

Early in the morning, we are on our way south, to the lodge in the Ruakana region admiring spectacular and picturesque landscapes of the Kaokoland.


Meals: breakfast, dinner.

Accommodation: 1 night at the Ruakana Lodge

Distance: about 400 km (tarred and gravel roads).

Duration: 8 hrs including stop-overs.


Day 9 and 10

Early in the morning, travelling through region of Ovamboland, we will be travelling to Etosha National Park – magnificent Sanctuary of Nature, one of the most loved and most visited national parks of Africa! There, closeness of nature and wildlife will leave unforgettable impression on your heart. On route, short stop-over at the Ombalantu Homestead, traditional Ovambo house and famous Baobab tree, adapted into a chapel.

We spend next two days on the safari trails of Etosha, tracking and observing wildlife in its own natural habitat: observing the herds of elephants, zebras, variety of the antelopes, giraffes, rhino, jackals and birds of pray. At the waterhole, in the calm and stillness of the savanna, we will observe thirsty animals coming to drink and refresh. Fantastic opportunity for wildlife photography!

Accommodation: 2 nights at one of the Etosha’s camps, Halali or similar.

Distance: about 300 km (tarred and gravel roads).

Duration: about 6 hrs including stop-overs.


Day 11

Leaving Etosha and heading ‚back to civilization’, to Windhoek, vibrant capital of Namibia. On the way there will be opportunity to buy last curios and souvenirs from your African adventure at the local open-air, craft market. After almost two weeks of unforgettable adventures, we are heading off to the international airport, safe journey, till we see you again in Namibia – with Wild Wind Safaris!

Transport/fuel, accommodation (or tents/camping equipment), meals as per itinerary, national park entrance fee, tour guide for the entire tour, transfer ‚to and from’ the airport, pick-up in Windhoek and guests’ transfer to the lodge/hotel after the tour.

Not included in the tour’s price:

Scheduled flights ‚to and from’ Namibia, individually extended accommodation or additional transfers, sleeping bags on camping tours, compulsory insurance, water and soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, optional activities, snacks, gratuities and tips, trip extensions, personal shopping, visa to Namibia.

Booking & Cancellation Policy


Booking and Payment


  • 30% deposit is required to book the tour and the remaining amount not-less-than 30 days before the commencement of the tour.
  • We accept payments via bank transfer or credit card Visa and Master Card welcome.


Cancellation Policy


1. Client has the right at any time to cancel confirmed booking, providing it is done in writing and sent by e-mail or fax to the Organizer.

2. Organizer confirms the Client’s cancellation and reserves the right to the following cancellation fees, if the tour is cancelled:

a. between the day of payment of the non-refundable deposit to 31 days before the start of the tour, Organizer charges full non-refundable deposit paid by Client or Client’s agent;

b. between 30 to 15 days before the start of the tour, Organizer charges 50% of the total cost of the tour;

c. between 14 to 7 days before the start of the tour, Organizer charges 75% of the total cost of the tour;

d. between 7 to 0 days before the start of the tour, Organizer charges 100% of the cost of the tour;

3. No refunds should be made, if Client fails to join the tour, joins after tour’s departure or leaves before completion of the tour.
