Booking and Payment
Covid-19 Cancellation Policy
1. Client has the right at any time to cancel confirmed booking, providing it is done in writing and sent by e-mail or fax to the Organizer.
2. Organizer confirms the Client’s cancellation and reserves the right to the following cancellation fees, if the tour is cancelled:
a. between the day of payment of the non-refundable deposit to 31 days before the start of the tour, Organizer charges full non-refundable deposit paid by Client or Client’s agent;
b. between 30 to 15 days before the start of the tour, Organizer charges 50% of the total cost of the tour;
c. between 14 to 7 days before the start of the tour, Organizer charges 75% of the total cost of the tour;
d. between 7 to 0 days before the start of the tour, Organizer charges 100% of the cost of the tour;
3. No refunds should be made, if Client fails to join the tour, joins after tour’s departure or leaves before completion.
4. If Client cannot travel for his/her schedule tour, due to Covid-19 related restrictions, Wild Wind Safaris will postpone Client’s tour for up to a year, without additional fees. Covid-19 related restrictions include:
a. lock-down of the country Client resides
b. airline flight cancellation, due to Covid-19 restrictions
c. he or she is diagnosed with Covid-19 virus
It is Traveler’s responsibility to obtain and be in possession of the comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance, including medical insurance with provision for air evacuation, insurance in case of accidents, sudden sickness, medical expenses or death, before embarking on a tour. Our company is neither responsible nor liable for any claims, damage or loss as a result of Client’s failing to obtain necessary insurance cover.
All our prices are in Namibian Dollars (NAD). All other currencies are estimates only.
