At 8AM your guide will pick you up at accommodation in Windhoek; transfer 450km north to nature and wildlife sanctuary – Etosha National Park ’Treasure of Namibia’. Lunch en route, arrival at Etosha in the afternoon.

Game drive in the park until sunset, searching for wildlife: Elephants, Rhino, various game, Zebras, Oryx, Kudu, Wildebeest, Black-faced Impala, Springbok, Giraffes, Hyenas and big cats of Africa: Lion, Leopard and Cheetah inhabiting the vast savannas. Return to the camp at sunset and before closing of the gates. In the evening, after dinner, game viewing at the camp's waterhole, till late. Four out of Africa's famous Big Five may be spotted in Etosha: elephant, rhino, lion and leopard (except African buffalo).

Starting at sunrise, full day UNLIMITED game drive until sunset. A close encounter with African wildlife while exploring eastern and western regions of the park: visiting waterholes, natural springs and view points. Excellent opportunity for wildlife photography. Return to the camp at sunset, before closing of the gates. After dinner, live ‚theater of nature’ at the waterhole… till late at night, observing animals gathering at the water.

Be it a lion or elephant, giraffe or zebra; almost all African animal species are represented in this huge nature reserve. Inhabiting a ginormous area of 22,912 square kilometers; an estimated number of 250 Lions, 300 Rhinos, 2 500 Giraffes, 6 000 Zebras and more than 2 000 Elephants inhabit the park. Variety of antelope species: Oryx, Kudu, Eland, Wildebeast and Black-faced Impala may be spotted in Etosha. The dainty Springbok are especially numerous; at least 20 000 of them roam the reserve. Often, may be observed in enormous herds of several hundred animals. In Etosha, 114 mammal species are found, several are rare and endangered e.g. Black Rhino (largest number in the world), Cheetah, Hyena and Leopard. Etosha’s elephants are considered the largest in Africa, measuring up to 4m at the shoulder. About 340 bird species, as well as various species of reptiles and rodents are found in the area.

Etosha features about 60 springs and waterholes, providing excellent game viewing and fantastic, wildlife-photography opportunities! At the waterholes, visitors should approach and depart slowly, with as little noise as possible, not to disturb the game. There are three most popular rest camps inside the park: Okaukuejo, Halali and Namutoni catering for visitors; each camp features scenic waterhole, as well as a leisure area with restaurant, shop and a swimming pool for guests.

After leisurely breakfast, last visit to the waterhole and return to Windhoek. Arrival at the capital around lunchtime/early aftrenoon. Your guide will drop you at the hotel/lodge of your choice. End of the tour.
